Positive affirmations might be an overtime hight right now, and why shouldn't ? Our minds are really powerful when it comes to paying attention to our surrendings and building intentions to our lives. 

Starting the day with positive affirmations and a routine can gives us a calm and energising starting of the day and be ready to be confident in who we are, what we are doing and bringing to the world. 

Here are my recommendation for more self-love to yourself and trust in your guidance. 

  1. Celebrate Self-Love Rituals:

    • Create rituals that celebrate self-love, such as writing in a gratitude journal, taking yourself on a date, or engaging in activities that bring you joy. 
  2. Affirm Your Worth:

    • Remind yourself regularly that you are worthy of love, respect, and success. Affirm your inherent value as a person.
